Info-Tech is using obsolete hardware and in the coming few months we could be facing obsolescence. Currently, we are experiencing a fall in productivity levels primarily because of the outdated computer system that are installed. The team members have requested to look into the matter and upgrade the systems. In doing this we can keep contributing to the company in an efficient manner. Failure to do so may place a delay in planning and will only increase the cost of upgrading the hardware at a later time.
I have shared the quotation from 3 vendors – HP, Dell and Apple. I suggest the proposal from Dell as they meet our requirements at the best cost, and also has a better warranty period. The company will also provide installation services at a comparatively less price. I have all the bid available for your review as well.
