List at least three significant problems created for hospitals when delivering this type of care as well as possible strategies for hospitals to employ to deal with this huge crisis. Federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), often referred to as community clinics, are the first line of care for many patients. Please explain the application of sliding scale fees and how these are funded and the impacts that Medicaid HMOs and Medicaid PPACA patients may have on the FQHC.
