The PMO: Your Experiences and Perspectives
Some organizations have project management offices (PMO) and
others do not. If your organization has a PMO, describe your interactions with
the PMO. If your organization does not have a PMO or you do not interact with
the PMO, describe the benefits you believe your organization could realize by
implementing or improving your PMO.
