Focus of Paper
Select a company that you are familiar with (Toyota Corp) and write a paper that evaluates
several aspects of the company’s organization with respect to the concepts that
were learned in this course. In the Introduction, please provide historical
background of the company and its financial and international dealings. The
paper should be eight to ten pages in length (excluding the title and ref
pages, appendix, exhibits, etc.). Choose
four of the following topics to explain:

the organization has a satisfied the best retailer part of the vision hence its
vision statement points to the minds and hearts of the individuals who are
relevant a lot to the business such as customers and workers thus the
organization has sensibly affected the minds of customers and workers on the
foundation of financial benefits and the workers earn wages whereas the
customers save money through Toyota’s low prices though the core component of
the vision statement remains stands to be proven
Marketing tactics
The organization scrutinizes the efficiency of sales,
available organization practices, the quality of services and the apparatus
applied in communication and it assesses the present market competition by
assessing the organization plans of the competitors and this helps in spotting
new business gaps and designing marketing campaigns which directly target the
interest of the organization’s potential customers thus assisting to raise the
sales. Marketing research offers important information concerning the potential
of a specific market group in a specific period of time and within a given age
group
