Pick a Fortune 500 company and do some research on it. Write a short paper explaining the relationship between, the directors, officers, and controlling shareholders for that company. Be sure that you cite to your sources (i.e., newspaper articles, SEC filings etc..). Specifically, your paper should analyze which of these three stakeholders has the most influence on the company’s culture.
- This paper should draw upon at least two outside sources. The sources should be included in a bibliography. Citations must be done in accordance with the MLA format.
- This paper should be between two and three pages double-spaced. You should not include a cover page with this paper.
- In the top left hand corner please write your name, the name of the assignment, the date and the name of the course.
- Please make sure that there are page numbers on your assignment.
- Please make sure that you are using standard margins and 12 point font (in Times New Roman, Garamond or a similar font).
- You must submit your essay in both TurnItIn.com and through the regular assignment dropbox. I will not grade any essay that was only submitted in one place.
