Read through the Ruths Chris: the high stakes of international Expansion case study. (page 276 in my book, Case study 4).
There are six parts in a situational analysis that must be considered:
1. The cooperative environment,
2. the competitive environment,
3. the economic environment,
4. the social environment,
5. the political environment and
6. the legal environment.
Write a paragraph describing which one of these factors (or combination of factors) you think will be most important in determining the future success of Ruths Chris.
Also describe why this factor will be the dominant factor.
