Keep in mind that the nature of the class is an exploration of management of the multicultural workforce and should include:
Cultural anthropology and international business
Communicating across cultures
Contrasting cultural values
Managing and maintaining organizational culture
Papers that do not address this topic, but focus instead on other important, but irrelevant issues will not grade well. The paper should have at minimum:
4,000 words
Utilize APA 6th Edition standards (i.e. in-paper citations, reference pages, and formatting)
Writing should show college level work
