Team Evaluation Project :
For this project you will conduct a “critical and reflective analysis” of a group or team you have participated or worked with (preferably within the past year or so). For the analysis, you will use our readings, class discussions, and maybe other materials in:
- Discuss the context of the group. Who were the members, what was your task or focus, how long did you have, what were the key deliverables.
- What did the team do well at different stages? How did positive behaviors and processes impact the team in positive ways?
- What could the team have done better? What gaps or negative behaviors surfaced and how did this impact the team?
- What are your key learnings or takeaways from this team you can bring to other experiences?
