Organization Development and Change Class
Based on your experience working as a member of a team both in this course and in previous courses, analyze the issues within virtual teams, face-to-face teams and self-directed teams. Include challenges such as national culture, time orientation and geography (dispersion) in your posting.
Also, discuss ways in which various forms of teams can contribute to organizational effectiveness and how this occurs; identify the negative effect of intergroup conflict; and provide some strategies for collaborative intergroup relations.
