1. How can six sigma tools offer your global company a competitive advantage? What are some of the benefits of implementing six sigma in your global operations?
2.There is no silver bullet: continuous improvement takes resources and work, humility, empathy, and teaming. Yet, there exist many large organizations that have found continuous improvement as a conduit for being the organizations savior to remedy all problems within the organization. It is tempting, but why does this happen time-and-time again? Explain your answer.
