My group project is Toll Holding: Corporate governance to support fast growth and development in Asia and beyond
How would you define the industry in which Toll Holding operates? Who are the other players operating within that industry? What are the key success factors in this industry? Explain the strategy and capabilities of Toll Holding. What the major challenges which Toll Holding faces? How should Toll Holding satisfy the needs of their stakeholders as well as its millions of its users? What are the benefits that companies can gain from being a global company? How is it relevant to Toll Holding?
My part for this report is to answer these 2 questions:
