Read Case 1-1 (“Google, Inc.”) in Corporate Communication.
Consider this case from the perspective as a Google employee. As Google
continues to grow, there may or may not be some impact on its corporate
structure and founding philosophy. How would you use Peter Senge’s five
disciplines to (1) understand the changing environment at Google, (2) assess
the major events influencing the changes, and (3) adapt to the changes?
