Create the ideal selection system for the job, detailing what kinds of selection tools you would use, when you would use them, and why. Describe how you would expect your new selection system to fit with your understanding of both HR and organizational strategy and how you would “sell” your system to executives in the organization.
Create a Power Point presentation and a brief executive summary that outlines the above. The target audience for your presentation are the executives in the organization who are seeking new selection procedures for this job.
