business plans can be reviewed at www.sba.gov The project will be due no later than Week 7 The project will consist of designing a company and life cycle simulation to include at
least:
o Title
o Organizational structure
o Mission statement
o Influence of the founder(s)
o Management style
o How management will align organizational and management goals
o How management will align organizational and employee goals
o Expected life cycle
o This project is expected to be 8–16 pages double spaced, including cover
page and reference page
o This project should be in formal APA style (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/)
with a minimum of six references Expected timeline and topics to be covered in the project are as follows
o First week – an organization name and product/service
o Second week – review sba.org website regarding business plans
o Third week – organizational structure, mission statement
o Fourth week – influence of the founder(s), management style o Fifth week – SWOT analysis and expected cash flows
o Sixth week – how management will align organizational and management
goals and how management will align organizational and employee goals
o Seventh week – expected life cycle and completion
