Many medication errors occur in the home as well as in a healthcare facility. The common brown round containers with a white label are used in both places. Please review the readings below, and perform an FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) on the process of taking your evening medication from a cabinet in your bathroom, which you may share with a family member or significant other.
