Class: Is it always management’s duty to determine if the change is hurting the workload if some employees are not willing and able to adapt or conform? Isn’t it part of the duties of employees to be adaptable in the workplace for the good of the company and not just their part in it? A lack of conforming might be attributable to negative behavior in which case an employee should be given options: conform or look elsewhere?
