Prepare a complete slide presentation for the Board of Directors (BOD) outlining the justification for implementing a new Leadership Training function describing activities, applications, justification and benefits of implementing a Leadership Training unit. Use the SLIDE GUIDE (under the RESOURCES tab) for slide ideas. Your slides must convince the BOD of the many advantages of Leadership Training and highlight specific initiatives that the training will address in your company. Offer examples where applicable and provide concrete problem/action/result strategies to overcome apparent company obstacles. List various training modules and the rational and sequence of the training and who will participate. Pay close attention to who will be the trainers and why they were selected. Be sure to cite your resources and provide the references using APA format.
