Meet one another and discuss your team work strategy. Feel free to review and employ any one of the teamwork strategies presented in the following guide: Working with Online TeamsPreview the documentView in a new window .
Decide on the product/service to be produced in the case study.
Define the customer.
Determine what process technology and support is necessary for the project to be viable.
Discuss how to apply the course material to the case study.
This task is ungraded, but it is required. It is necessary to clearly establish the topic, direction, team member responsibilities, timeline, and other responsibilities to ensure that the project will be done on time, and meet all expectations.

Construct a SIPOC Diagram that mirrors a process in your workplace. Save your file in one of these acceptable file formats: .doc/.docx and attach to your post. Then explain the process in the discussion text box of your post.
Discussion
In the discussion part of this activity, address the following:
- It is suggested that you attach your SIPOC document and post your explanation in the text box by mid-week of the module week.
- Review your classmates’ SIPOC Diagrams and reply to at least two of your peers by the end of the module week.
