The Challenges of Global
Management- this assignment requires you to think globally and to identify some
global managerial challenges. Second, identify what the top five are and if you
may have worked in other places besides the United States then this is where
you can help by employing an international perspective. You must identify the top five global challenges
of organizations that have a global outreach.

Hint: You can focus on only
U.S. organizations with a global outreach or conduct a comparison and contrast
paper on a U.S. company in comparison to an international company external to
the U.S. that has a global outreach purpose.

of management challenges that can be detrimental to their operations. Some
challenges are exclusive to a specific industry and type of organization while
others are across-the-board. Prepare a
paper that describes a management challenge that is unique to organizations
with a global outreach. The paper should
include the following: 1) a thesis statement, 2) a description of the
management challenge from a global perspective, 3) a review of the literature
on the challenge, and 4) five recommendations to address the challenge. Your
