Written Project Guidance
Instructions:
Select any organization that you are interested in learning more about. Conduct research on that organization and prepare a report on that organization. The report should contain:
· An introduction
· Main body:
· Mission/purpose
· Nature of the business
· Organizational Analysis
· SWOT Analysis
· Competitive Analysis
· Leadership challenges facing the organization
· Recommendations
· Conclusion
Along with the report, draft a tactical plan for the organization.
Your report should also include:
· Cover page
· Brief abstract
· Reference page (APA style citations)
Organizational Analysis
For the company that you choose, perform a complete organizational analysis of the firm using what you have studied in this class. You have the discretion to use whatever tools of analyses you deem most appropriate given the nature of the business and any associated suggested analysis.
You will have great latitude in how you approach this project, but your approach should be grounded (and documented) with information taken from your textbook and any other related research material you use. (You are encouraged to use other scholarly research sources to support your analysis).
