1. Tradeoffs should not be the concern of project managers. It should be the concern of top management. Do you agree?
2. Why is it difficult to identify the real client? Does it matter to us in Project Management?
3. In some companies and for many of their projects very little time is spent developing a project charter. The attitude is that this activity is not an efficient
use of time and that it is more important to get busy with the project, especially when the delivery date will be difficult to meet. Would you agree or disagree
