Module 6 discussion:
One of the concepts discussed in Chapter 11 deals with geographic profiling. As the reading states, geographic profiling is often used by law enforcement as a predictor of where crimes may or may not occur. Do you agree with the use of geographic profiling as a tool to decide where police officers will patrol during a specific shift? Give at least two reasons to support your view of why or why not. Use at least two scholarly sources (peer-reviewed journal articles) to support your position.
