Specifically, the three differentiators presented are 1) Operations Excellence, 2) Product Leadership, and 3) Customer Intimacy. Give an example of each of these differentiators in a healthcare setting. Can you think of circumstances in healthcare in which one of the three may be more (or less) important than the other two?
