On March 23, 2010, comprehensive health reform legislation was signed into law by President Obama. This law is called the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590). There has been much debate regarding the impact of the bill on our health care system.
Research and summarize the key components of H.R. 3590. Integrate your findings with what you have learned in the course. Identify advantages and disadvantages to the legislation. Conclude your paper with a brief paragraph that shares your opinion on the topic.
In this paper support your findings with research from scholarly journals from the health care community and non-partisan sources of information such as the Kaiser Family Foundation. (Remember to support your opinion with references as well.)
