Using your knowledge of leadership styles and strategies and your understanding of leading without being the leader, write a 3page paper that addresses these questions:
- How can a change agent influence the processes of change both formally and informally?
- What are the benefits of recognizing and developing such leadership (both formal and informal) throughout the organization? How Would this benefit the stakeholders?
- What might the challenges be to creating a culture of shared leadership or a network of leaders within the organization?
