LP5 Assignment: Interview Summary Paper
Directions:For this assignment you will conduct an informational interview with an expert to discover issues concerning Quality Improvement.
Write a summary paper of approximately two pages about your interview. Include the required questions and the response (detailed in the LP5 Lecture Notes) along with the following information:
- The person you interviewed, when, where, and why.
- The questions you asked and the answers to those questions. You MUST include the required questions.
- A summary of the information you gained from the interview.
- Personal reflections and conclusions that resulted from the experience and the knowledge you gained from it, and how you could use some of this knowledge in your own practice.
