You are the project manager in charge of research at a
firm that has been contacted by the Sweet Briar College (SBC) research group.
They have been extended the letter in the file titled “customer statement
capstone spring 2016.docx” – a request to the college to support sap flow
collection in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The college has reached out to your
firm for support.
After working with the college to develop your criteria
for sections 6-8 of the RFP, your management fine-tuned and submitted the
finalized RFP, titled “FULL RFP capstone spring 2016 HY.docx”. The team at
Sweet Briar reviewed this RFP and completed their proposal draft. It is titled,
“Completed Proposal for Sap Flow Sensor.docx”.
Now, you need to review this proposal, at TWO
levels. First, evaluate the proposal as to how it aligns with the agreed upon
RFP. Next, evaluate the proposal as to how it aligns with criteria that you
established in Assignment 3. This should also include brief discussion of
critiques you made in sections 1-5 as a part of the memorandum in Assignment 3.

reviewed with the faculty at Sweet Briar College, as well as the students for
them to fine-tune their proposal before submitting this to the customer. Sweet
Briar and Trine have actually teamed up on this project, and you are supporting
them in their Senior Capstone course. Make sure you spend extra time revising
