For this assignment, analyze the situation at Pegasus Bikes and based on the knowledge you have gained in this course make a recommendation of what other tools or methods of analysis could be used to help this Project Team make a decision regarding which supplier to select. In this recommendation be sure to include not only what needs to be done to come to consensus but also state why you made this recommendation. Based on your analysis of their current situation, write a paper that is a minimum of 3 pages that does the following:
• Describe in detail at least three other factors involved in making a decision regarding supplier selection that the team has not yet considered and describe how these factors could impact the final supplier selection
• What other decision-making tools could be used to help in this analysis?
• Based on your expanded analysis of the situation which supplier would you recommend be selected? Include your argument for these changes.
