Business Plan Summary
The summary must include the following sections:
- A brief description of the proposed company
- Mission statement
- The product and services you plan to offer
- Competitive advantage(s) the company will have
- Brief financial forecast for the first year
- Summary of the management team
- Proposed advisors for the company
- Financial requirements and return expected
- Using Microsoft Word, create a business plan summary that includes the sections listed below. Make sure to cite any references you use. Proper citation format for a reference includes the name of the author(s), the title of the work, the date of the publication, and the page number. Your answers will be graded according to the rubric outlined in your syllabus.
- You are welcome to include information you previously submitted for individual lesson assignments. However, the majority of the information in the business plan summary should be new information.
- The summary should be approximately 1,200 words in length.

The Idea for Entrepreneurship
The idea of being an entrepreneur would be in the business of having several group homes to aid in the recovery of mental health and drug abuse adult victims. This will help restore families that are dysfunctional because of these illnesses. This is why Mr. Davis had a business called Carter House which is a home that deals with such issues. He has employees that work for him such as; therapist, counselors, and aids. To help others overcome issues and rebuild the family and the community in a positive manner.
