Emphasis should be on an area of law or areas of law closely related to those covered in this course (introduction to business law course) The paper must identify the principles of law or policy involved, and present either practical solutions to the problem presented or examples of how the legal system has resolved the issues presented. Your paper should be divided into four parts: Factual background of the problem/issue, thearguments presented on each side of the issue/problem, an analysis explaining and defending your position, and a brief conclusion summarizing your position on how the issue should be resolved. Proper citation is essential and will be graded as part of this assignment. APA format,4- 5 pages, double spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman.
