In each module, you will write a reflection summary called a “Takeaway.” Your Takeaways can come from the module’s readings, crosstalk discussions, self-insights, media, leadership exercises, and leadership case analyses. Use one or a combination, to reflect on what impressed you during the week.
Compose your Takeaway for this module. Be sure to reflect on and react to the concepts introduced this week. Through this reflection, take the opportunity to formulate and shape your leadership skills.
Your Takeaway document should be 300-500 words in length, grammatically sound, and free of spelling errors. Review the Activity Rubric that will be used to evaluate this activity. Takeaways are due by the end of each module. If they are turned in late, points may be deducted from your grade for this activity.
