Your training course can be for individuals in a corporation, school, government agency, or professional training program. Regardless of whom you choose, you must demonstrate knowledge of relevant human sexuality concepts. Title page: Follow APA style guidelines. You might begin by saying,”The purpose of this training program is to …” and then list the goals. Useful terms includeintroduce, investigate, discover, reveal, teach, facilitate, and lead (1 page).3. Training question: For this project, you must have a problem which you are trying toaddress through education and experiential activities. In this section, state the problem orknowledge vacuum and any known attempts to address it. (You will further develop the concepts in the Introduction)4. Target population: To what group are you offering a training program? Why?Preparing the paper (in addition to the title page)5. Introduction to the problem: In this section, discuss the problem your training program will help solve. Incorporate data or summary statements from psychologists who counsel or performresearch on human sexuality. You may use your text and online sources, but focus on professional journal articles. Tell the reader why you think this problem is important and why you are conducting the training (2–3 pages). (Consider demographics or survey findings that point to a problem, as well as the research literature, which is discussed below.)6. Literature review: Locate 4–6 academic articles related to the psychology of humansexuality that address your topic area. (Half the citations may be book chapters from newerbooks. See the online databases for fulltext options.) Cite the articles and use them tosupport the training program design. In addition to academic resources, students will want tosearch the Internet for activities and graphics or informational sources to support theirprogram. Cite all resources consulted in complete and accurate APA style.Please note that this section is a summary of the literature, not an annotated bibliography. Demonstrate that you have read the material and understand how it could be applied to a training program (3-4 pages).7. Course sessions: In this section, detail the sessions of your program. Aim for 6–10 sessions. Each session should have a topic and an exercise to help participants learn the topic. Here you may want to consider recommendations for resources/reading material for participants.8. Results: In this section, state the results you hope to see. Explain why you expect these results (based on previous research in the area). Discuss the influence of your own experiences on your course design and hoped for results.
