.The purpose of the assignment is to describe and analyze a logistics company, a retail or wholesaling company, a logistics transport chain (from producer to customer). Although I chose Zara as our assignment. There is many points in this assignment but my task only is to work on these following points related to Zara company.
1- CSR and Environmental issues: e.g. do they work with CSR issues; are ethical issues present in the industry; environmental work?
2- Use of Information systems: what market information system does your case use? How do they gather information about the market? Do they use Quick Response (QR) or other information systems to enhance visibility and flexibility of the supply chain?. Please feel free to include other points also.
