We have learned that there are three critical aspects to be addressed by Systems Engineers during these “Early Stages”: clear product definition, clear project justification / business case and clear project definition.
- (30 points) For each of the three would you summarize which System Engineering tools fit best and how you would employ? Are there any gaps you have identified?
- (20 points) Which aspect do you believe would be the most difficult to “lead” from an SE point of view and why? How could you increase the probability of success?
