Be sure to use the most current list.http://fortune.com/bestcompanies/The study will include (1) documenting that person’s achievements, (2) applying one appropriate leadership model to that person such as servant leadership,transformational leadership, authentic leadership, situational leadership, etc.(describing the characteristics of the model and then how the leader measures up toeach of these characteristics or behaviors), (3) assessing the delivery skills ofinnovation (associative thinking, questioning, experimenting and networking) as theyare exemplified by the leader being studied, and (4) drawing lessons for otherleaders.
