Communication is an integral component to project management. Your team is tasked with creating a communication plan for the project at work. The team does cannot agree on several components of the communication plan, like what should be communicated and the frequency of the communication. Explain how your team can approach resolving the issues surrounding the development of the communication plan using the nine step problem solving approach (pages 381-384 in the textbook).
