Introduced in Session 1, your task was to conduct a mini- communication audit of an organization with which you are closely associated — your employer, your church, a community organization, etc. Follow the steps described in chapter 11. Produce a written report that is at least 6 pages long but no more than 8 pages. Pay special attention to the following:
- You may use the audit methods that you feel are most appropriate, per those outlined in the text, but in your paper, discuss the validity and reliability of your audit procedures.
- Include the four audit components: information management, communication networks, communication climate, and communication skill sets.
- Your report should include an explanation of your findings, a set of specific recommendations, and your thoughts on implementation and follow-up. You should include at least four scholarly sources in addition to your text and scripture in your paper.
Format your paper according to APA standards. You must include at least four outside sources (other than your textbook) to support your recommendations.
