– Paper does not exceed 2 pages in length
– No spelling, grammar, punctuation errors.
– Title Page and Introductory Paragraph included
– Paper includes all stated elements of inquiry (stated below)
– Conclusion is supported by body of the case study
Case Study Reports to include the following:
1.) Geographic area involved
2.) Health needs being addressed
3.) Cost – financial or cultural
4.) Outcome
