The aim of the business challenges is to present you with
realistic issues to which you must apply your knowledge and learning using the
appropriate theory and tools. Each challenge will be different, based on
lectures and seminar activities and global businesses issues current at the
time. This part include 1500 words.

Based on the three challenges your business faced during the
module write a reflective report of 1500 words (+ or – 10%) that addresses the
following:
1. Do you think your team adequately addressed the issues
set? Explain
2. How well did your team work in solving the problems? Were
adequate process, theory and tools used?
3. How do you think you performed as an individual in
contributing to solving the issue and evaluate your own performance?
4. If presented with the challenge(s) again what would you
do differently and why?
