Today, employers are using employees more and more in a matrixed environment. What does that mean? How can we contend with the various stressors in such an environment? How do we manage expectations up for various projects?

In this discussion,one person from each team will provide an update on their team project based on Week 1 in the form of a VoiceThread (2-3 minutes). This VoiceThread must be posted no later than Tuesday.
The team must coordinate who will post this each week of the class.
Each of you will view the voice threads submitted by the other teams and to earn full credit you must comment on at least 3 of them with substantive postings.
Don’t forget what is in the “Team Status VoiceThread?”
The VoiceThread deliverable is just a “conversational update” on how the team is doing. How is the team communicating, have you done any group collaboration meetings, progress being made, excitement building as the project is coming together, etc.
