Business Plan – Part I
Using the business plan outline and samples provided in the Allen text, you will submit an original business plan. The first part of the business plan will include the following as headings (each of the sections does not have to begin on a separate page):
· Cover page
· Table of Contents
· The Business Concept
· Founding or Management Teams
· Industry/Market Analysis
· Product/Service Development Plan
· Operations Plan
· Organization Plan
· Bibliography
· Appendices
While the Group Discussion Boards have provided an outline of the business plan, you will find that additional resources and details are required to complete your business plan.
Business Plan – Part I must be 13â15 pages in length, written in APA format (cover page, headings, margins, font size, grammar)
