Continue the analysis of your organization through study of the control processes
used by the organization.
Write a 5-page paper in which you:
Assess the current stage of operational
effectiveness for the organization.
Determine whether the organization uses a balanced scorecard approach to
controlling processes.

If a balanced scorecard is used, analyze the
scorecard. Do the metrics make sense? Can they be improved?

If a balanced scorecard is not used, does it
make sense for this organization to develop a balanced scorecard?

What recommendations do you have for a
balanced scorecard, and how does it map to the strategies of the organization?
Determine whether the organization is
certified to ISO 9000 or ISO 14000 standards. If not, does it make sense to get
certified?
Evaluate the overall view for the use of statistical process control in the
organization and how could it be used to improve performance.
Include a minimum of three references to good information sources.
