Three to four page paper, APA style on the topic of Human Resource Development and Management with at least two references. The paper will be graded on description of criterion, well-defined topic, well-defined problem statement, identified elements of topic and/or problem, and assessed value of topic and if appropriate, an offered solution to problem.
I also need an outline of the paper with the topic clearly defined, elements of topic defined and value of topic assessed.
