shipment to replace the nonconforming goods. Discuss the following: Under the
UCC, is the Acme Widget Company liable for breach of contract? Thoroughly
explain. Under the circumstances, does Acme have a right to cure? Also, what
possible rights and remedies if any does your company have as a result of the current
dilemma.
