Group 2:
1.
As the VP of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, describe
at least two actions you would take to ensure that the supply networks you have
created are creating the most value for your firm and are, in fact, helping the
firm maintain or grow its competitive advantage.
2. As stated in the CSCMP videos (Module 2
Activity 2.2, mainly Part 3 and Part 4), global supply chain management can be
a source of competitive advantage for firms operating internationally. Why?
Cite at least two real examples from either the public or private sector to
support your answer.
