3. Contractor shall chip seal and restripe parking lot.
4. Contractor will install new shelves, counters, checkout stands to include data & power.
5. Contractor will work in conjunction with transition team and meet established schedule.
6. Contractor will supply all materials and labor with the exclusion of shelving, counters and registers to be provided by Retail. Inc.

3. Contractor shall expand parking lot with asphalt 20’ by 60’and paint new parking spaces.
4. Contractor will work in conjunction with store operating hours and not impact more than 300 square ft. of retail space during
operations. 5. Any work that would impact check out registers and restrooms must occur during store closure hour (10:00 pm to 6:00 am).
