Instructions
Individual Team Member Assessment – Required: Using the form
in your Assignment Folder, each member must complete and post an assessment by
the end of the semester. Members must include themselves in this assessment.
Grades for the team project will not be posted until all member assessments
have been submitted. Post the assessment in your Assignment Folder using the
title “Wk10_TeamAssessment_YourName.” Include in this assessment a
brief but thoughtful self-reflection about strengths upon which you wish to
build and skills you wish to further develop as a result of your team
experiences this semester.
