Prioritization Critical This project intends to create a coffee shop close to the SOW firm premises. It is aimed
at reducing time spent during tea and lunch breaks. It relates to overall goals and
objectives of the firm. We intend to build it ourselves and outsource the activity. We are
also intending to determine the effective cost option and take necessary actions to
acquire services of reliable and proficient construction firm.
This project will end up by creating a coffee shop. The shop will help in reducing time
spent in moving to distant coffee shops during tea and lunch breaks. This will create
more time for revenue generation and for attending to more tasks and responsibilities. 1- A coffee shop with a seating capacity of 30 people and with an area of
1000sft
2- All electrical and air-conditioning work completed. This includes
having power backup of 60 minutes.
3- Equipment includes coffee makers, fridge, freezer, mixers, jukebox
4- Furniture includes chairs and tables for 30 people, a counter with a
cabinet and shelves to store inventory
