Operations Improvement Plan
Based on the information from the group
project research, the student will analyze an operational area within the
company. The student will use appropriate in depth outside research and the
materials provided in this course for this analysis. The student will use
this analysis to develop an operations improvement plan. The operational
analysis needs to assess the area of improvement and then determine the
functions that need further improvement and development (Identified by the
student in the team proposal from week 2). The written project should be 7 – 9
pages in length, not including charts, graphs and financial models.
Students should adhere to proper inclusion of research information within the
body of their project. APA style citation must be used. The analysis
criteria are identified in the included rubric. Please see rubric located in
the syllabus section under Course Information.
