to create a comfortable, non-intimidating facility, free of the distractions
and crowds normally associated with health clubs and typical gyms. In this
inviting environment, women will work with certified personal trainers to
develop programs that are custom-tailored to address individual fitness goals.
The studio will also offer massage therapy, nutritional counseling and therapeutic
stretching for women by women.
